Congratulations Ashley and Jon!! They were married the weekend before last in Sheboygan WI---and it was gorgeous!! Brenton and I were honored to be a part of another Masterson Wedding :) Jon was the best man in his brother Chris and Katie's wedding back in July of 2014. (In case you didn't see that fantastic wedding---here is a link to their fabulous wedding video )We had the pleasure of photographing and filming that amazing wedding in Milwaukee. It means a lot for the same family to trust us with documenting another big day. It was great to see many familiar faces at Ashley and Jon's wedding.
The morning started with the ladies and mimosas at Entourage Salon & Spa. The ladies were all pampered and stylish with hair and makeup perfectly styled for the big day.
Ashley got ready at Holy Name Church. Her dress from GiGi's Closette was stunning. I just love a full skirt :) More fun with that later..
How sweet are Ashley and her father when he comes in to see her for the first time. Love that we get to be a part of these special moments.
How handsome is this guy?? Jon was looking sharp to say the least. He read a touching letter from his soon to be wife before the ceremony. Love the smile on Jon's face as his mother pins on his boutonniere. The flowers were all by Caan's Floral.
Ashley and Jon were both bursting with emotion as she came down the isle at Holy Name Church.
Holy Name is a gorgeous church---perfect place for Ashley and Jon's wedding.
The happy families :) It really was a treat to see Katie and Chris again---and the Masterson clan.
I can't say it enough--this was a gorgeous wedding!! Holy Name was a fairytale backdrop---that dress from GiGi's Closette---and Ashley and Jon were beaming.
We stopped by The American Club for some fun pictures with the wedding party. The ladies were working it in their flowing back gowns. And those bouquets by Caan's Floral were not only beautiful, but they smelled amazing. And come on---Ashley is just stealing the show here. Her smile and that gorgeous fur... l.o.v.e. :) The guys were bringing it too. Who doesn't love a guy in a tux?
Jon and his brother Chris... What an honor to be a part of both these brothers' weddings. The heartfelt words that both of these two had to say about each other during their best man's speeches was touching. From Chris joking that he was the only sophomore in high school to get the news he would be getting a baby brother----to Jon describing the news of his college acceptance with Chris's joyful reply---"great, where are we going" (The college was UW Madison---my alma mater so these are obviously good people) These two may be years apart in age, but still incredibly close in heart.

We popped inside for a few moments with the newlyweds at The American Club.
This group was a blast. We had a grand sparkler entrance as they made their way to their reception at The Osthoff Resort.
Everyone was on their feet as Ashley and Jon made their grand entrance to their reception at The Osthoff Resort. The decor looked amazing. JoAnna Dee - Ashley's wedding coordinator did an amazing job of making sure everything was perfect. She tied every last bow on the back of the seat covers----talk about going above and beyond! JoAnna was not only an asset to Ashley but she was also a huge help to Brenton and I as well.
How cute are these two as they cut their cake by Bakery on State? The speeches by everyone were so touching... Ashley's dad spoke of how giving his daughter away was much like when he let go of her bike all those years ago... not a dry eye in the house. And when Chris's voice quivered when speaking of adding Ashley to the family----he got a standing ovation. It is so rewarding to witness the honest outpouring of love from family and friends.
Jon and Ashley's first dance was joyful and romantic. The live music by ACA Entertainment was fantastic. Ashley and her father were sweet. I have to admit that I was looking forward to seeing Jon and his mother hit the dance floor. I know how mom brought down the house at Chris's wedding----and she did not disappoint. The Masterson's can dance :)
There were many a UW Madison Alumni in the house, and so Varsity was sang at the reception. It just takes you right back to Camp Randall Stadium and watching some Badger football.
Many many many congratulations to Ashley and Jon!! It was an honor for Brenton and I to be there for another Masterson Wedding :) The dancing did not disappoint. And YAY!!! There is a video soon to come from this fantastic day!!!
