Congratulations to Heather and Dwayne who were married at DC Estate Winery in South Beloit, IL in July. There were sprinkles of rain, tears of joy, and a wonderful celebration to kick off their future as husband and wife. The vineyard at DC Estate was an absolutely gorgeous backdrop for their big day.
The groom is a police officer so we had a blast incorporating those fun details into their wedding---like using the badge with their wedding rings.

There wasn't a dry eye in the room as Heather's late mom's wedding ring was sewn onto her bouquet. It was such a powerful moment. Brenton and I had never meat Heather's mom, but it is amazing how much emotion could be felt in the room.
Dwayne, is a big Batman fan---so custom batman cufflinks were his gift from Heather. His face says it all as he opens his gift :)
The groomsmen all looking sharp. We did have a few tense moments waiting for the rain to pass through before the ceremony. All the radar screens showed that it would pass---but you don't believe it until the clouds actually part. Luckily--they parted
